An established manufacturer is looking for an HR Generalist to join
their team in Millville, NJ.
If you have 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, then this is

and Responsibilities:
- Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for
all group insurance policies and maintain statistical data relative
to premiums, claims, and costs. Resolve administrative problems
with the carrier representatives.
- Administer employee programs, including current health benefits
programs, retirement plans, wellness initiatives and voluntary
programs.
- Coordinate open enrollment periods and ensure timely and
accurate processing of benefits
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment
laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews
policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Support payroll administration as well as medical support
orders reporting and terminations.
- Administration of the Leave of Absence system. This involves
generating reports to ensure the accuracy of employee records.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues,
providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist on recruitment for HQ positions. Including
pre-employment screening and onboarding preparation and orientation
for HQ new employees.
- Work in conjunction with local HR representative to coordinate
annual events; holiday gifts, annual bio metrics screening, annual
turkey distribution, and flu/covid vaccine clinics, etc.
- Administer and coordinates HQ annual events; HQ holiday party,
HQ service award cupcakes, HQ annual turkey distribution, HQ
birthday gifts, and HQ flu/covid vaccine clinics, etc.
- Oversee the annual 401K Audit and the annual 401k Census
Reporting.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory
changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent
management, and employment law.
- Exemplify all safety, health environment rules, company rules,
regulations and ISO procedures and work instructions
