Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Advisor to provide human
resources guidance and support to employees while ensuring
exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR guidance, information, and education to employees at all
levels
Manage a high volume of employee requests and tickets in a
fast-paced environment
Collaborate with COEs and support HR projects while ensuring
adherence to Service Level Agreements
Required Qualifications
Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree) or equivalent
experience
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing HR role
Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA,
Payroll, and Benefits
Familiarity with Workday or a similar HCM and ServiceNow or a
similar ticketing system
Continuous improvement mindset and ability to exercise sound
judgment
