Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their team
and help shape their culture by finding and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit for full-time, hourly, and intern positions across multiple
departments
Lead intake sessions and provide coaching to team members and
managers on hiring practices
Utilize technology to streamline the hiring process and create job
descriptions in collaboration with the Head of Talent
Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in technology teams
at startups
Deep understanding of startup HR and challenges of building a
remote team
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to
connect across all levels
Baseline understanding of the American political system
Experience with Generative-AI tools in recruitment processes
