About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the team
responsible for implementing HR strategies that align with the
organization's mission, values, and objectives. Reporting to the HR
Manager, this position supports various aspects of human resources,
including recruitment, compliance, benefits administration,
employee relations, and training. This role requires someone with a
strong understanding of federal and state labor laws, exceptional
interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
effectively.
