A company is looking for a Payroll Functional Expert.
Key Responsibilities
Provide mentorship and support to Payroll Administrators, Managers,
and Compliance teams on Oracle HCM Payroll operations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll runs,
configurations, and processes
Configure payroll setups to optimize functionality and ensure
compliance
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Payroll as a functional
expert
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting payroll setups and Fast
Formulas
In-depth knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and the
hire-to-retire lifecycle
Experience working with Oracle Support to resolve payroll
issues
Expertise in year-end payroll activities and compliance
requirements
