Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter
(Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles,
collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent
Proactively source and engage passive candidates while enhancing
the recruiting process and candidate experience
Build relationships with hiring managers, providing insights on
compensation, market trends, and best practices
Required Qualifications
6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years as a
full-cycle recruiter focused on corporate roles
Advanced knowledge of corporate recruiting principles and sourcing
strategies
Experience in engaging passive candidates and influencing hiring
decisions at the VP level
Strong data analysis skills and experience using recruiting metrics
to improve processes
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or
similar platforms
