Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager specializing
in Payroll & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the configuration, implementation, and launch of US Payroll
and benefits administration systems for clients
Provide expert guidance and support to customers during the
onboarding process, ensuring optimal setup
Resolve issues related to payroll and benefits administration while
acting as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of benefits administration solutions and US
Payroll systems
Experience managing multiple customer implementations
simultaneously
Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and ability to
meet deadlines
Familiarity with SaaS and technology industry standards
Prior experience with benefit administration systems and US Payroll
systems is advantageous
