• Beverage Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with our restaurant's vision and goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing beverage team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional service and sales results.
• Inventory Management: Manage beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing products, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback, and making recommendations to improve the guest experience.
• Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other industry partners to drive growth and innovation.What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant beverage management
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English
