Seasonal Sous Chef job at Episcope Hospitality on The Landing in
NYC Penn District, leading one of the most exciting kitchens, with
opportunities for permanent full-time position. The ideal candidate
has hands-on kitchen leadership, strong emotional intelligence,
experience in catering and events, knowledge of food safety and
sanitation, effective communication, and attention to detail. Key
responsibilities include systemizing kitchen processes, selecting
and developing top kitchen talent, planning and executing BOH
culinary/staff education and sanitation plan, and managing time and
resources effectively. Excellent wages based on experience. Work
week is Monday to Friday.
