It bridges traditional and contemporary to introduce a new space that's both transportive and warmly familiar.The Pastry Sous Chef oversees a team of Pastry Cooks preparing high-quality products. They should have a passion for desserts, a great attitude, and exceptional work ethic. Successful candidates require efficiency, focus, and a strong passion for hospitality and growth.

• Ensure high performance and overall excellence in the Pastry Department. Maintain positive relationships and clear communication with Kitchen & Service teams.
• Ensure recipes, products, and food preparations meet restaurant specifications. Provide support to all pastry staff and participate in food prep assignments during peak periods.
• Maintain a clean and stocked workplace. Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and operational success.We're looking for a Pastry Sous Chef with 2+ years of experience in a Pastry leadership position. Certification in Hospitality-related field is preferred. A basic understanding of baking and pastry techniques, production, and kitchen equipment is required.
  • Positivity, ability to give and take direction, and passion for the food industry are essential.
  • Open availability and English fluency are required. Additional languages are preferred.We offer an annual salary of $70,000 - $75,000, plus bonus potential.
