Catering Division ExpansionThe Dinex Group, a leading provider of exceptional guest experiences and dining, is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the expansion and development of its Catering Division. As the Vice President of Catering, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with current catering teams, developing and scaling future projects, and driving growth.Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Catering teams to ensure high-quality experiences for clients, partners, and guests.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to foster a culture of collaboration and support.
• Manage various types of high-end events, including corporate, social, and meetings.
• Oversee P&L responsibility and manage operations and functions of the catering enterprise.
• Ensure banquet event orders are accurate, timely, and properly communicated.Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience running a high-volume off-premise catering operation.
  • Ability to build and manage a team, including culinary, service, sales, and marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail and personal organization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
