Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree
preferred
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a
plus
