  Successful candidates will be humble, passionate about unique ingredients, and energetic with strong communication and organizational skills. They will have:
  
  • 
    
  • Leadership qualities, including inspiring, teaching, and coaching restaurant employees
    
  • 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a sous chef in high-volume, well-rated restaurants
    
  • Ability to support the line during service and manage transition from prep to service
    
  • Excellent time management and supervisory skills in a large space
    
  • Associate's degree from a culinary focused university (highly preferred)
    
  • Experience with various cuisines
