Two dining experiences are available: the Tavern and the Dining Room.**Job Description:**The Pastry Cook prepares food and pastry items for service in the restaurant. This role requires a strong passion for food, technique, and a desire to learn and grow as a leader in the kitchen.Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate baking and pastry techniques, production, and equipment usage
• Ensure station mise en place is prepped and prepared by service start
• Maintain a working knowledge of seasonal ingredients and learn new ones
• Participate in service, restock stations, and perform last-minute prep with calm efficiency
• Communicate effectively with teams throughout the day and service
• Maintain an orderly work area, promoting food quality and reducing waste
• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Perform additional responsibilities as neededRequirements:
  • 1+ years of Pastry Cook experience
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods
