As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding your team to achieve the highest standards of performance. This involves being actively engaged in the store's processes and procedures to meet and exceed financial goals. You will also be responsible for executing the seasonal department's daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans.
