TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601 Pay Information $2,450 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Emergency Department (ED) - Trauma Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 3 x 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment, with ED experience within the past six months License: State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license Certifications: BLS-AHA, ACLS, Telemetry, PALS, NIHSS, CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours) Must-Have: - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services - Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel Job Description: - Provide specialized and innovative services for patients in emergency situations. - Care for patients of all ages, handling a variety of trauma situations with quick and decisive actions. - Quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions. - Prioritize patient injuries and medical needs accordingly. - Be equipped to handle an array of emergency situations effectively. - Work in a fast-paced and busy environment with specified ratios. - Fulfill holiday requirement of 3 out of 6 holidays. - No on-call requirement. 26800898EXPTEMP Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Adapting to new environments, team dynamics, and patient populations fosters adaptability.
