  Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
  
  Rotating schedule - days 630-***, or 1030-1900, evenings 230-2300, overnights 2130-730 on weekdays and 2030 to 730 on weekends
  
  
  Contract Hours/Week: 40
  
  Holiday Requirement: Per unit need

  Patient Mix/Skillset: The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient/ER
  
  Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication
  
  Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred
  
  Charting System: Epic experience required
  
  Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green - provided while compounding
  
  Other: Parking: free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed
