Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Clinical Program Development
Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Leads the design of population health strategy initiatives and
programs to improve care coordination and health outcomes
Monitors care management trends and analytics to support program
initiatives and identify high-risk member populations
Collaborates with senior leadership to provide insights for
improving coordination of care and overall health outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 - 7 years of related experience or
equivalent experience
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State
Licensure required
Maternal child health/prevention & wellness clinical experience
Expertise in designing and developing clinical programs
Experience in financial budgeting and strategic planning
initiatives
