Home Health Aide OpportunityWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Morris area.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
• Measure and record vital signs, report deviations, and assist with medication management under nurse supervision
• Aid clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring to and from beds, chairs, and assisting with walking aids
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dish washing, and maintaining the client's living environment
• Effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare team members while maintaining accurate records of care and client statusRequirements:
  • Must be Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
