Leading Pharmaceutical Company located in NJ is hiring a Global
Medical Affairs - Project Lead - Cardiopulmonary w/ 5+ years

Job Responsibilities include:
Medical Legal Review (including the Veeva system)
Contracting for congress, ad boards, thought leader engagements,
scientific council, etc. incl. actual contract signing process
Support meeting coordination (MAST, WISE, team meetings
Document management system experience (e.g. SharePoint, SKIM,
etc.)
Project management (task tracking, communication across multiple
levels and stakeholders, reporting complex data
sets/activities)
Requirements:
A minimum of a BA/BS required. Advanced degree is preferred. The
following skills are required/preferred:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a medical, clinical or scientific environment.
Program management skills.
Ability to plan and tightly manage the scope of multiple projects
while balancing multiple stakeholders necessary.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to drive projects forward to completion while maintaining
focus on the long- term strategy.
Experience managing publication agencies and/or other medical
affairs vendors agencies (e.g., advisory board).
Budget and vendor management experience is preferred.
Sound financial acumen and experience managing resources and
budgets required.
Experience in strategic planning, business planning and
cross-functional collaboration and alignment is preferred.
Global mindset with proven ability to partner cross culturally and
regionally is preferred.
Proven experience in driving results in a highly complex and
rapidly changing environment is required.
