The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project logistics, managing material procurement, and ensuring efficient project execution and progress tracking.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple commercial HVAC installation projects simultaneously across different locations- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines- Manage material ordering, procurement, and inventory tracking for ongoing projects- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project setup plans- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards- Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives- Track and report project progress, including daily and weekly status updates- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges promptly- Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation- Coordinate equipment and resource allocation across multiple job sites
