Director, Operations (Clinical Trial Outreach Strategist) - Lake Success, NY - Responsible for directing, planning, organizing resources for multiple administrative disciplines/functions of department, Create Asian services in Suffolk county by engaging w/local communities, planning healthcare seminars and screening services, business development to create health services.

Understand culture background and promote health and wellness based on the custom from those underserved communities - mainly mandarin speaking.

Leveraging leadership and relationships with the ERGs and community partners to suggest and attend community outreach events, health fairs, speaking engagements, etc.

Partner with community relations team and CCTO to identify clinical trial outreach strategies in the Eastern region Regular travel across Nassau and Suffolk counties required.

Weekend work required.

Required to work on-site 5 days a week.

Reqs: Masters in Health Administration + 2 years as IRB manager including 1 yr of ERG leadership exp in health system setting.

Salary: $168,000 to $168,000 per year.
