Job Description:

Our take on classic bakery items, served daily with freshly brewed coffee and teas. Made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and seasonal sides, plus comforting dishes like slow-roasted Roast Chicken, best served with cocktails, wine, and beer.The Manager works closely with the General Manager and provides leadership and support to Front of House and Back of House teams. Collaborates with other Managers to ensure consistently phenomenal service, including best-in-class culinary, coffee, and beverage programs.

• Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders, supporting business objectives and growth.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations.
• Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality for guests, ensuring a great experience in-store and online.
• Maintain store excellence and cleanliness, ensuring inventory is available and staff is properly trained.
• Provide support to FOH and BOH staff and participate in the cycle of service as needed.
• Remain current and compliant with HR practices and policies, holding employees accountable and evaluating disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely Payroll process, DOL/Health Department compliance, and HR best practices.
• Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind, ensuring team members have a growth pathway.
• Consistently look for opportunities to build the team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.We need from you:
  • 2+ years management experience in a similar environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
