A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Technical
Education.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute program strategies for technical learning
initiatives, including bootcamps and events
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs using
data-driven approaches
Build relationships with stakeholders and manage logistics for
in-person and virtual learning events
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in technical learning and development or HR
program management
Experience with onboarding programs or bootcamps in a technology
environment
Proven ability to implement programs and processes effectively
Knowledge of learning science and experience design
Strong understanding of technology and engineering
organizations
