Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Operations Manager responsible
for managing the RFP process and supporting the growth team.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFP responses, ensuring
compliance and alignment with company offerings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required content
and approvals, and maintain tools and processes to streamline
operations
Track and report on key metrics, support pipeline management, and
continuously improve the RFP response process
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in sales operations or RFP management
Proficiency in CRM tools and proposal management software
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong project management skills
