A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations
responsible for implementing and improving people strategy
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee People systems, metrics, benefits administration,
compliance, immigration, and onboarding
Design and implement scalable people operations programs to support
organizational growth
Build and maintain People Operations dashboards to assess
performance and improve organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive people operations experience with a proven
track record in scaling HR functions
2+ years of experience managing high-performing HR operations
teams
Advanced proficiency with HRIS systems and HR technology
platforms
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws
Experience in data analysis and reporting
