A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Marketing Automation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, configure, and optimize customer journeys and campaigns in
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Ensure data accuracy and manage integration with external data
sources
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and
training on marketing automation functionalities
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with D365 Marketing or D365 Customer
Insights Journeys
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Marketing or
Customer Insights preferred
Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules and familiarity with
AI-driven marketing tools
Strong understanding of data unification, segmentation, and profile
creation within CI-Data
