Your job is to coach and enable the team, provide development and career guidance, onboard and train new Solution Architects / Sales Engineers, and provide senior technical leadership in the sales team. You also will have a lead role in ongoing communication and collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams for roadmap planning.For success in this role, you will need to have been a strong individual contributing Sales Engineer in your career, and also have a demonstrated track record of leading Field Sales Engineering teams of 5+ in a distributed remote environment.Equally important, once you start at SecurityScorecard you will need to develop a deep understanding of our architecture and services, and effectively coach and train the team for maximum effectiveness on translating client business needs into effective technical solutions.What you'll do:

• Serve as the lead domain expert on SecurityScorecard solutions
• Field CTO for Revenue Team, acting as key technical stakeholder in strategic conversations with customer, prospects, and analysts
• Onboard, train and enable Sales Engineers
• Provide senior technical presence on key large transactions when needed
• Experience leading senior technical leaders
• Experience managing global teams
• Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services
• Communicate field feedback on product roadmaps, technical requirements, and market trends to internal teams
• Create, improve, and maintain Sales Engineering tool-kit, demos, POC playbooks, etc.
• Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for selected key customers, partners and prospectsQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of technical sales or pre-sales experience within CyberSecurity market as an individual contributing Sales Engineer
  • 4+ years of experience leading Sales Engineering teams
  • Industry recognized certifications such as a CISSP, GIAC, etc. a plus
  • Customer Obsessed

Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
