A company is looking for a Hosting Support Engineer - Tier
2.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers via live chat, support ticketing system, and
other communication channels
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to websites, plugins,
and hosting services
Document and summarize troubleshooting steps for communication with
customers and colleagues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with website management and migration
tasks
2+ years of experience hosting WordPress applications in a Linux
environment
2+ years in a web hosting support role
Strong SFTP, SSH, and command-line skills
Experience with WordPress plugins and knowledge of PHP
applications
