Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend and infrastructure engineers focused on building search systems
Collaborate with various teams to enhance search reliability, performance, and scalability across AI-driven and cloud-native services
Establish a diverse and inclusive culture that fosters innovation and welcomes diverse viewpoints



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
15+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 8 years in leadership positions managing large-scale infrastructure or systems engineering teams
Proven track record in designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems
Deep expertise in scaling search systems to support high growth and optimizing search performance and reliability
Experience in strategic planning and execution at a senior organizational level
