Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Trust
& Safety team.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, manage, and mentor a diverse team of Trust & Safety
engineers
Define and drive the Trust & Safety roadmap, identifying emerging
threats and proactive strategies
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable processes to
detect and respond to fraudulent behaviors
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or abuse
mitigation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong technical acumen in detection and prevention systems and
machine learning applications
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Experience navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
