Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Database & Datastore
Site Reliability Engineer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage highly available and scalable
cloud-based databases and datastores on AWS
Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to automate
infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to
proactively identify and resolve database-related issues
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or
Database Administrator with a focus on cloud technologies
Proven experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, RDS, and
DynamoDB
Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like
Terraform and Cloudformation
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like
Jenkins
Solid understanding of database concepts, including schema design
and performance tuning
