Job Description:Role Summary/Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Senior Security Engineering professional to design, build and rollout of new security capabilities to improve the overall perimeter defense solution.-- The candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of new security capability design and rollout. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture eventsEssential Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Perimeter Defense solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Work closely with our Cyber Security, Network, and Security Architect teams to identify the most effective security solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Perimeter Defense systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues related to Perimeter Defense technologies.
• Develop, implement and test strategies for the detection and prevention of security threats
• Design and implement network security policies, standards, and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement security enhancements
• Maintain awareness of emerging trends in Perimeter Defense technology and evaluate new tools and techniques for potential use in the organization
• Mentor and train other members of the security team in Perimeter Defense technology and best practices
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical security engineering with a focus on Perimeter Defense
  • Deep knowledge of Perimeter Defense technologies such as Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and DDoS mitigation systems.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security technologies
  • Working knowledge and experience with Cloud technology including AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies and tools such as NexGen Enterprise firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and architecture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in modern coding languages such as Python--and writing API calls used in the effort to automate manual tasks is strongly desired.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CCNP are highly desirable.Desired Characteristics:Grade/Level: 11------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is 110,000.00 - 185,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.--------------------------------------------------------------Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.Eligibility Requirements:
    • You must be 18 years or older
    • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
    • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
