Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead and
supervise the engineering team while managing high-level software
integration and IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of security designers and drafters, managing
project materials and permits
Oversee complex IT-centric projects and provide operational support
for sales and site surveys
Mentor and train Engineering Specialists, ensuring productivity and
team morale
Required Qualifications
College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant engineering or systems experience
Two-year technical degree in Engineering, Management Information
Systems (MIS), or related field
Previous project supervisory experience
Familiarity with electronic security systems and advanced
programming skills
