Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stars Senior Business Intelligence
Engineer to support data reporting and performance management for
Stars improvement operations.
Key Responsibilities
Retrieve, structure, and manage large datasets to support Stars
reporting dashboards
Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to monitor
performance metrics and trends
Analyze data to identify trends and insights impacting Star ratings
and collaborate on data-driven solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of technical experience in data
analysis or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools like
Tableau and Qlik
Advanced experience working with large and complex datasets in
large organizations
Proficiency in understanding healthcare-related data
