Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Engineer Lead to
enhance customer reach through growth and experimentation
infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute growth experiments for acquisition, activation,
monetization, and retention improvements
Design and run A/B tests to drive key metrics such as signups and
conversions
Collaborate with product and data science teams to integrate
analytics tools and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of growth marketing engineering experience
Experience building marketing tools and infrastructure for
self-serve SaaS products
Proficiency with analytics and A/B testing frameworks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into
marketing strategies
Familiarity with tech stack including React, Typescript, NodeJS,
Postgres, and MongoDB
