Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Education Specialist to
enhance user engagement through effective educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the scheduling, creation, marketing, delivery, and reporting
of live training curriculum
Develop and test new courses to expand the educational offerings
for users
Maintain and update technical documentation in the Help Center to
reflect the current platform state
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in education, product support, or a
customer-facing role
Experience translating complex technical information into
user-friendly documentation
Ability to review and repurpose existing content for relevance and
optimization
Experience working cross-functionally on projects
Data-driven mindset focused on improving user experiences and
measuring impact
