Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B2C marketing strategies to enhance engagement and
utilization of health programs
Develop sales enablement campaigns and content to support lead
generation and client acquisition
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while overseeing
marketing budgets and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
10+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B and B2B2C
healthcare
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and trends
Experience in data-driven marketing with a focus on analytics and
ROI measurement
Leadership experience with a collaborative approach and strong
decision-making skills
