Job Description:
A company is looking for a Social Media Support Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage brand reputation by responding to comments and complaints on
social media platforms
Identify user issues and trends while assisting customers in
resolving their concerns
Demonstrate initiative and accountability by taking ownership of
various projects
Required Qualifications
Experience in Social Media and/or Customer Support; Trust and
Safety experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English; fluency in
Spanish is a bonus
Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Strong collaboration skills and a self-motivated, resilient
attitude
