A company is looking for a Marketing Program Specialist to lead
and execute marketing webinars and events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, organization, and execution of marketing
webinars, ensuring high-quality attendee experiences
Moderate live and pre-recorded webinars, managing audience
interaction and technical issues
Assist in planning and executing various events, managing logistics
and vendor communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field,
or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in webinar
planning and execution
Familiarity with webinar platforms and event management tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple priorities
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
teams and external stakeholders
