Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Brand & Media Specialist who will manage high-dollar Members and work with a cross-functional team to enhance their authority in their respective industries.



Key Responsibilities

Lead authority projects for approximately 35 members, ensuring precise execution of publishing and marketing deliverables
Ensure over 95% of project milestones are delivered on time, managing workflow and communication for high client satisfaction
Consult and coach senior-level members to amplify their results and extend client relationships, reflecting success in retention and satisfaction


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media
Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue through retention and upsell efforts
Highly detail-oriented with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
4-year degree required
Experience working directly with C-Suite clients
