Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Media Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of integrated media strategies that align with
client objectives and deliver measurable results
Mentor and manage a team of media planners and buyers, fostering
growth and development
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide
actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a
related field
10+ years of media planning and buying experience, with at least 6
years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of digital, social, traditional, and programmatic
media
Proficiency in media platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads,
Facebook Ads Manager, MediaOcean, Nielsen)
Prior experience with government affairs, public policy, and
policymaker audience preferred but not required
