Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reporting and Data Analyst to lead
the design, development, and delivery of talent acquisition
reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain global talent acquisition dashboards, reports,
and analyses ensuring data accuracy
Design and implement a comprehensive data strategy for global
talent acquisition in partnership with People Analytics
Identify trends in talent acquisition data to uncover opportunities
for process improvement and optimization
Required Qualifications
Experience with BI platforms such as Visier
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data transformation into
actionable insights
Ability to create compelling visualizations and narratives from
complex data
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data
consistency
Proven ability to identify and resolve complex problems using
analytical techniques
