About this opportunity Design Within Reach, a MillerKnoll brand, is seeking a focused professional for the position of Manager of Visual Services. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to maintaining high standards, this could be the opportunity for you. As the Manager of Visual Services, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual integrity of our brand. Reporting to the Senior Visual Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of visual strategies across our studios. Responsibilities Collaborate with the allocation and merchandising teams to determine quantity and location for each allocation season. Track updates on seasonally allocated items and communicate them internally to the visual team. Work with the regional visual managers to request off-cycle 'refreshed' products via the merchandising team. Liaise with the marketing team to assist in developing studio-specific marketing messaging. Maintain the studio distribution list for promotional decals and tabletops, provide directives on in-studio marketing collateral, and offer support for PR-related in-studio events. Regularly communicate visual updates via the 'Retail Note.' Provide on-site assistance at new store openings. Skills & Abilities: Proven experience in a visual services or similar role within the retail or design industry. Strong organizational and project management skills with an attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Familiarity with NetSuite or similar inventory management systems.
