Key Responsibilities
Organize and prepare monthly executive review materials and
quarterly business reviews
Develop and manage agendas for senior leadership meetings and All
Hands Meetings
Oversee the Travel Request and Approval Process for the Chief
Marketing & Customer Officer
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff in Marketing
Previous experience in Marketing PMO
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong presentation skills, particularly in Microsoft
PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership
