We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase
compassionate, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a
meaningful impact in our Pulmonary Office Practice. - -Role
Overview:Work within Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice
Model serving the clinical needs of Oncology patients.Provide
clinical support to staff members, and assist with the management
of a caseload of Oncology patientsAct as part of a
multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout
various stages of treatment and follow-up.Perform patient
assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer
patient/family education.Participate in the implementation of
patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal
care throughout the healthcare continuumJoin in an individualized
training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in
ambulatory setting. -Key Qualifications:New York State RN license/
registration and BSN2-3 years of related oncology clinical
experience requiredPulmonary experience strongly preferredEPIC
