Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Specialist, Digital Banking
to provide customer service support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and correspondence in a
fast-paced environment
Advise customers on digital tools and resources to enhance their
banking experience
Assist in processing claims and support fraud analysts with
information gathering
Required Qualifications
2 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of financial institutions preferred
Experience with general math and basic computer skills
Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role is
preferred
