Job Description:

Join our fast-growing finance team as a Senior Accountant. You will play a key role in financial statement development, cash flow management, and financial performance improvement. We seek a passionate accounting professional with a strong background in accounting and restaurant experience.

• 
  
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements.
  
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
  
• Aggregate store sales and send daily flash reports.
  
• Identify and measure metrics to improve financial performance.
  
• Assist with sales forecasts and weekly review.
  
• Work with purchasing to control food and beverage costs.
  
• Work with payroll to audit weekly tips and hourly wages.
  
• Monitor spending for all departments.
  
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  
• Review general ledger details for accuracy.
  
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  
• Document financial transactions.
  
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's in Accounting required.
    
  • 4-6 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
    
  • Experience with Restaurant365 Accounting Software.
    
  • Experience with month-end closing processes.
    
  • Experience with multi-unit financial statements.
    
  • Experience with budget preparation.
    
  • Advanced Excel skills.
    
  • Management experience a plus.
