Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic projects and decision making
Oversee the due diligence process and manage internal systems for tracking opportunities
Facilitate merger integration and collaborate with senior management on evaluating M&A transactions

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of full-cycle mergers and acquisitions experience
5+ years of experience with Profit and Loss statements (P&L)
5+ years of experience with proformas, letters of intent, due diligence, and closing schedules
Ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-paced environment
