Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking
Consultant responsible for managing and growing Small Business
client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess client needs and recommend financial products and services
through telephone consultations
Manage complex servicing issues and proactively contact targeted
clients for financial reviews
Facilitate credit requests and referrals to the Treasury Management
Team while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications and Education:
Undergraduate Degree required
7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in
banking/financial products
Preferred 7+ years as a Small Business Banker or Business Banking
Relationship Manager
Preferred experience in phone-based sales of banking/financial
products
Formal credit training and small business banking sales training
preferred
